Massage Therapy Treatments

All massages are based on swedish massage techniques which deal with the manipulation of soft tissue in the body that includes muscles, tendons, ligaments and joints.  Massages may incorporate hydrotherapy which uses varying temperatures of water (ice pack, cool cloth, heating pad, etc.) to help reduce discomfort, but will only be used if requested and discussed prior to the start of treatment.
